PEPperMAP® Epitope Mapping
Identify linear or conformational epitopes with amino acid resolution. Based on high-density peptide microarrays with linear or cyclic constrained peptides for conformational analyses, our PEPperMAP® Epitope Mapping Services enable the fingerprint analysis of antibody epitopes. Underlined by more than 200 peer-reviewed publications, we provide the fastest and most cost-effective way to obtain high resolution epitope data.
PEPperMAP® Antibody Validation
We validate the binding specificity of your antibody by an all-in-one analysis package including a high-resolution PEPperMAP® Epitope Mapping, a subsequent PEPperMAP® Epitope Substitution Scan to identify conserved and variable amino acid positions and a PEPperMAP® Antibody Cross-Reactivity Profiling.
T Cell Epitope Mapping
T cells are activated upon contact with other cells that present an appropriate peptide-MHC complex. The immunogenicity of the peptides is thereby restricted by their binding motives to different MHC proteins among individuals. At PEPperPRINT, we set up a peptide library by converting the original protein into overlapping peptides, and analyzing the peptide immunogenicity with a combination of peptide-MHC binding prediction tools and validation assays such as ELISpot.
Anti-Drug Antibody Analysis
Protein or antibody drug immunogenicity results in the generation of anti-drug antibodies (ADAs), which can reduce drug efficacy, neutralize therapeutic effects or even cause severe immune adverse events to the patient. We provide the fingerprint analysis of anti-drug antibody responses on the epitope level with high-density peptide microarrays based on your protein drug of interest for patient stratification, drug optimization or the development of companion diagnostics.
Fingerprint Analysis of Immune Adverse Effects
Monitor pre-existing and drug-related antibody and T cell responses for immune adverse effect risk assessment. We provide the fingerprint immunogenicity analysis of your antibody or protein drug in a single assay with epitope mapping technology, including T cell services to determine the presence of mAb-reactive T cells in patient PBMCs by ELISpot. This dual strategy enables comparison of the immune landscape among patients with and without adverse effects.
